Links to You Tube Videos from Last Wednesday
I have been asked to add links to two of the video’s that we watched on Wednesday, Dr Tamitha Skov the space weather lady, and second a visitor to us at the end of October the DX Commander, Callum McCormick M0MCX
The first one is Dr Tamitha Skov, she is the lady who does the solar weather forecast

Her channel description says:
I am a space weather physicist. You may recognize me from TV shows I’ve done for The History Channel and The Weather Channel. I’ve been featured in Popular Science Magazine, and I do regular Space Weather broadcasts on TWiT TV. I want to open your world to a new kind of weather that’s becoming important to our daily lives. Think of all the technology we take for granted, like GPS and traffic apps on mobile phones, robotic drones and UAVs that fly above our heads, high-altitude airline flights, satellite internet, satellite phones, Direct TV, even Sirius Radio — all of these things are affected by Space Weather. As we become more reliant on smart, wireless technologies, our dependence upon Space Weather grows. Even today, emergency radio communications used by disaster relief agencies like the Red Cross depend on it. I’m working to make credible Space Weather forecasts as common as the weather forecasts you see on the evening news. I would love for you to join me on this journey!
The second one is
Callum McCormick – The DXCommander

His channel description says
Hey! Callum here, callsign M0MCX. If you had to sum up my channel, I’d say it was fast, fun and furious. I love science, tech and amateur radio. I like to be entertaining but also educational. I ask questions and love demystifying complex topics as well as unpick the simple things in life.. I do live-streams, classes, antenna design, ask questions, compare products and more from my Ham Radio Studio in Birmingham UK. I respond to questions and comments. Got an idea for a video you’d like me to shoot, let me know.
